LOS ANGELES - Los Angeles Angels starter Yusei Kikuchi struggled in his return to the mound after nearly four months on the injured list, giving up five runs in five innings during a 5-3 loss to the Texas Rangers on Sunday.
The veteran Japanese lefty surrendered two home runs among seven hits and a walk, allowing three runs in the second inning and two more in the fifth at Globe Life Field in Arlington.
