BELMONT, Michigan - Japanese golfer Miyu Yamashita won the Meijer LPGA Classic in a playoff Sunday following a stunning final-round charge.
The 24-year-old posted the low round of the tournament, an 8-under-par 64, to make up a five-stroke deficit and force the playoff against England's Lottie Woad at Blythefield Country Club.
